Yoga and meditation are very powerful tool these days to keep ourselves mentally and physically on the top. Development is a stressful environment, and we tend to get lost in our thoughts very often.
This evening I invite you to join me for a slow, soothing, meditative practice. We are going to do some strengthening asanas to move out the tension, then we focus on our breathing and on staying in the present moment. I will guide
